"Very good food, and the server, Sylvain, made the whole experience even better. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and added a personal touch that really elevated our evening. We left with a big smile thanks to him. Highly recommend La Maison de l'Aubrac — and if you can, ask for Sylvain!"
"When my family arrived at the restaurant, we were greeted by a moderately nice staff. We have a reservation but did not waited long to be seated. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. We were seated on the first floor which was a bit hot. The dry aged beef is nice but can age a bit longer. The waitress who served us was very nice and knowledgeable about which meat we should have. Full marks to her. The food we had was rather sizable, so leave some room for dessert!!!"
"the restaurant vibes is amazing and for the food is very tasty we enjoyed it very much. all the staff that are so nice, friendly and helpful, specially Hēlēne. she is a wonderful woman with all her service she enhanced our joyful in Paris."
"Laurie from Louis Vuitton recommended this spot... fabulous, great service, great prices and the steaks were perfect along with the au gratain potatoes! Sylvain was a fabulous host and also spoke extremely good English‼"
"As tourists, this restaurant was recommended to us by our concierge. The manager warmly greeted us upon arrival even though we were a bit tardy do to our flight and we were seated immediately. We enjoyed our escargot and bottle of wine. My dish was tasty, but my husband’s steak was mostly gristle and fat. It did not pair well with the savigny les beaune vin. A special thank you the manager who took care of our complaint with the subpar steak. It was immediately replaced with an appropriate . Our servers seemed annoyed with us throughout our entire meal, but the manager on duty that evening was excellent. I am not confident in recommending this place to tourists because of the servers, but I would recommend to Parisians. Once the steak mishap was corrected, the food was good."
"Amazing service from lovely staff! We had a late reservation but came in hours earlier, they managed to accommodate us quickly. We were served by very friendly and polite staff. My husband and I both ordered starters, steaks for mains with drinks and thoroughly enjoyed! The French Onion Soup starter was incredible!!"
"I liked my time here at this restaurant. Quick service and the food came out in a decent manner, mind you - this was around 2am and it still had a good crowd there. The escargot was flavorful and had a great aroma. The cocktails were decently made as well - just a bit sad, the baguette was a bit tough."
"Excellent food, fantastic service, and amazing vibe. We went here for dinner and were lucky to have the waiters Lucas and Nassi. They were both so kind and helpful. Get the dry aged beef... It was the best meal we had in Paris. They also were incredibly patient with my wife's French (second language) and let her practice and taught her new phrases. 100% recommend, we will be back the next time we are in Paris."
